Click Security Tab Click Custom Level Scroll Down to Cookies Allow cookies that are stored on your computer should be checked as enabled. If it is not, please check it off.  Allow per-session cookies (not stored) should be checked as enabled. If it is not, please check it off.  Click OK to Exit  AOL (v4.0) For Windows:  Click Start Menu from Desktop Click Settings, then Control Panel Click the Internet Icon Click the Advanced tab and scroll down until you see the word Cookies. Click Always accept Cookies. Click Apply and then OK to exit.  AOL (v4.0) for Mac:  Click Members or My AOL  Click Preferences  Click WWW or web  Click Advanced tab and scroll down until you see the word Cookies.  Enabled should be checked off. Click OK to exit.
