Entravision Radio-Los Angeles reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner if the official rules have been violated.  All decisions of

Entravision Radio-Los Angeles are final. 

• All points are calculated by Entravision Radio-Los Angeles. The electronic point totals in our files are final.
• Merchandise awarded is based on a bidding system.  When you place a bid on an item, a hold will be placed on your account for the amount of points bid.  That means those points will not be available for another bid until the auction has been reconciled or you if your bid is beaten. Therefore if you are out bided for an item during the auction your points are available for immediate use in that auction.  If your bid is NOT the winning bid at the end of the auction, the points of the non-winning bids will be available again for use during the next auction.  The merchandise will be auctioned off for the highest amount of points bid in a given time frame while the auction is underway.  Winning bidders will be notified by e-mail and/or phone. 
• In the case of the top Socio Super Estrella item being auctioned off successfully, and/or at the end of a auction phase aprox:( 3 months) all members point total will revert back to a base of 600 points and a new auction phase begins.
• Socio Super Estrella members accumulating 600 or more in merchandise and/or services will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax purposes. Any federal, state, and local taxes that may be associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Some items will be multiple items and will be listed as such.  This means there is more than one of that item to be bid on.  If for example there are four copies of a CD on an auction, we will accept the four highest bids as winning bids.  You may bid multiple times on each item and you may bid on more than one item during any auction as long as your account has enough points to cover the bid being placed.  However, you may only win one of each item.  For example, if you have the highest 2 bids on multiple copy CD, you will be awarded only one CD.  The other CD's will be awarded to the next top bidders.  In the event that there is a tie in bidding, 

Entravision Radio-Los Angeles will award the prize to the person who placed their bid first during the auction. 

• One account per person.  Anyone found to have multiple accounts would have ALL of their accounts deleted from the system.
• Entravision Radio-Los Angeles reserves the right to modify the rules and contest specifications at any time without notice and without liability.  Any decision made by 

Entravision Radio-Los Angeles concerning rules and/or rules violations will be final.

• Only actual account holders are eligible to bid on their accounts, meaning that you can't have your friend or your spouse making bids by using your points.
• Certain items have age restrictions.   This will be noted in the item description.
• No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Contest is open to persons 12 years of age or older who are residents of Los Angeles, Orange, or San Bernardino/Riverside markets. Unless otherwise announced/stated.  Contests are not open to full or part-time employees of Entravision Communications Corporation and their immediate families, Entravision Communications Corporation  participating advertisers or sponsors, and their agencies, or employees or families of other radio stations in the Los Angeles, Orange, or San Bernardino/Riverside markets.  Unless otherwise announced/stated.   
• Contest will have specific prizes.  Each prize will consist of only what is specified in the prize package.  No cash substitutions of non-cash prizes will be permitted.  No duplications of prizes will be awarded.  The station reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated and may have an expiration date.  You may not enter any contest on behalf of a friend, relative, spouse, etc.
• Entravision Radio-Los Angeles is not responsible for any prizes not delivered by a third party, or late prizes sent to winners, regardless of the reason, including prizes sent via U.S. Mail.
• All prizes are non-transferable and non-substitutable, except at the sole discretion of 

Entravision Radio-Los Angeles management.  No exceptions.

• Winners must consent that the station shall have the right to publicize their name, voice, and likeness and announce that they have won a prize.  Participation in a contest constitutes consent.
• Prizes must be picked up within 30 days from the date won. If prize is not picked up within the limited time prize will be forfited. If Prize won are tickets to a concert or special event that will occur before 30 days, it is the responsibility of the winner to find out what date must the tickets be picked up .
• Only actual account holders can pick up their own prize.:
